I heard that some people showed up for an event I had scheduled and then canceled in Arlington, Virginia, yesterday. I feel terrible that I didn’t reach them with a cancellation notice. So, I’m posting my Gun Curious book event schedule here to try to reach as many people as possible about what’s coming up.
My up-to-date event schedule is available HERE and includes podcast appearances, too.
Next up is an event at the Davie County Public Library in Mocksville, NC. Mocksville and Davie County have a special place in my story and I’m looking forward to sharing this on Thursday, June 13th at 6:00 pm.

The only other bookstore event I have succeeded in scheduling is this Saturday, June 15th at 3:00 pm in beautiful Sylva, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina at City Lights Bookstore.

That covers the month of June. In July, I will be in Half Moon Bay, in the San Francisco Bay Area of California (day/time TBD). In October, I will be at the Liberal Gun Club National Meeting in Las Vegas.
If you’d like to request me as a speaker for your group or event, please be in touch HERE.
Not sure how to get you up to Anchorage, but is there a way to try to get your book added to libraries? Public, university, even public schools?

This is a great question. The best way to get added to public libraries is for patrons to request that the library carry the book. For college/university libraries, for a faculty member to request the library carry the book. For public schools, I don’t know the answer to that one!

Well I can do the first two. I’ll request at the City Library and the University. I’ll order a copy and take it into the Justice Center at UAA as well. My old stomping grounds.
